<p>During this time, some Yahoo! Small Business customers will not be able to access <a title="billing.yahoo.com" href="http://billing.yahoo.com" target="_blank">http://billing.yahoo.com</a> to add or edit payment methods for their service.  Also, some Yahoo! Small  Business customers will not be able to access billing-related services like changing or canceling a plan, adding extras, or ordering a new service.</p>
