Some Yahoo! Small Business Store and Merchant Solutions customers have reported their batches are not being submitted automatically.
We are actively working towards resolving this issue as soon as possible.
As a workaround, click the Submit Batch button on the Manual Transactions page at the end of each day’s transactions. Please see the help page on this workaround.
Note: If you are processing online payments with PayPal Website Payments Pro, then your transactions will not be collected in a batch but instead they are processed immediately.
Some Yahoo! Merchant Solutions customers may encounter errors when attempting to log into the Store Control Panel from their My Services page.

We are aware of this issue and are currently working to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Beginning at 10 p.m. PST on January 25, until 3 a.m. PST on January 26 (5 hours), Yahoo! Web Analytics will undergo important database upgrades and maintenance. Data collection during this period will not be affected, but some Merchant Solutions Standard, Professional, and Yahoo! Store merchants using Yahoo! Web Analytics will not be able to access their Yahoo! Web Analytics account and reports during this time.
Coupons for free shipping which have been created or updated after 5 a.m. (PST) on January 12 are experiencing an issue with the displayed value for shipping. Our engineering team is actively reviewing the issue and working on a resolution.
Please hold off on any changes to coupons within your store until we have this issue resolved. If you have already made changes, setting the Alternate Shipping Credit to .01 is the recommended workaround at this time (please note that this will give customers a $0.01 discount to the order when a shipping method not associated with the coupon is selected).
