PayPal maintenance affecting PayPal APIs and batch processing

PayPal will be conducting scheduled maintenance on September 2, 2010, between 11:00 p.m. and 11:20 p.m. PDT. During this maintenance window, PayPal APIs will be unavailable. The API response returned for transactions made during this time will be 10001/1000. Batch processing for PayPal will also be unavailable from 10:15 p.m. to 11:45 p.m. PDT. Store Statistics for Page Views and or Customers incomplete

Some Yahoo! Merchant Solution customers may experience incorrect statistics for Customer and or Page Views during the date range of August 24 and August 25.  Most commonly, statistics are not matching the historical average for the store.

We are working to identify and resolve these issues as quickly as possible.  We will provide further updates as soon as they are available.

Order processing issues for Merchant Solutions and Yahoo! Store

Some Yahoo! Small Business Merchant Solutions and Store customers may experience abnormal order processing behavior such as orders not being immediately charged or confirmation emails not being sent.

We are working to identify and resolve these issues as soon as possible and will provide further updates as soon as they are available.

Store Editor displays as blank page

Some Yahoo! Merchant Solution customers may encounter an issue where the Store Editor displays a blank page when opened. We are aware of this issue and are working to resolve it now.

Store Search not working on custom template designs

Yahoo! Merchant Solutions customers with customized templates may have received reports of their store search failing.  The attempted search resolves to the homepage with no search results listed.

We are aware of this issue and our engineers are working to resolve it in as soon as possible.

Stores unable to add items to shopping cart

We have received reports of customers being unable to add items to their shopping carts.

When attempting to add an item to the shopping cart, the customer is directed to a shopping cart page with no items listed.

We are aware of the issue and our engineers are working to resolve it as quickly as possible.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Revenue is not updating in Store Statistics

Yahoo! Merchant Solutions customers have reported that they are unable to view their revenue statistics within the Store Control Panel.

All items have been batched and processed.  Processed revenue is not updating in the statistics section of your Store Control Panel.

We are aware of the issue and our engineers are working to resolve it as quickly as possible.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Merchant Solutions scheduled system updates

On Monday, August 16, at 8 p.m. PT, until Tuesday, August 17, at 7 a.m. PT, Yahoo! Merchant Solutions will be making system updates. Merchants may experience a 10 to 15-minute period of time during which Store Manager cannot be accessed, and store changes cannot be published. Some order posts may be briefly delayed, for up to 15 minutes. If you are unable to access Store Manager or to publish during this time, please try again after 15 minutes. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Files in Store Editor File Library are slow to display

Files uploaded to the Store Editor File Library may not display properly in the published Store.  Viewers may encounter browser timeout errors or missing elements on published pages that use these files.
