Yahoo! Small Business System Status

Yahoo! Billing will undergo maintenance beginning on Tuesday, March 17, 2009, at approximately 11 p.m. PDT. We expect this maintenance to last approximately 2 hours.

During this time, you will be unable to access your Yahoo! account billing information or complete transactions using your Yahoo! Wallet. If you visit any of the following pages, you will see a “system is temporarily unavailable” message.

Customers affected by this delay may see what appears to be a secondary charge in January. However, this is not a secondary charge, merely the payment processing system correcting its delay.

We are aware of the issue and the root cause has been resolved.

We are currently aware of a billing issue in which the November invoice was not created in November. The December invoice shows both November and December payments for affected accounts.

Our engineering department is working quickly to resolve this issue.

PayPal is temporarily unavailable as a payment method in the Yahoo! ordering system at this time. Our standard methods of payment are still being accepted. Note that PayPal payment processing and buttons in Merchant Solutions and Web Hosting stores and web sites are not impacted by this issue.
