Some customers unable to place Yahoo! Small Business orders
Wednesday, June 2nd, 2010We have learned that some Yahoo! Small Business customers may be unable to place new orders. Examples of a new order may include:
- Registration of a new account.
- Reactivation of a previously closed account.
- Downgrade or upgrade of an existing, active account.
Affected customers may experience slow page loading during the ordering process.
One workaround is to try placing your order from another Internet browser, like Mozilla Firefox.
