Error accessing Payment method tab in Yahoo! Wallet
Tuesday, November 1st, 2011Customers are seeing the following error when clicking the Payment Methods tab in the Yahoo! Wallet:
- An error has occurred. We were unable to process your request due to temporary issues. If the problem persists, please contact Customer Care.
This is also preventing new orders, reactivations, upgrades, and downgrades for any Yahoo! Small Business service.
We are working to resolve this problem as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this is causing.
