Intermittant web site loading issues

We are currently aware that some Yahoo! Small Business customers’ web sites may load slowly or display an error message.

Should you receive an error message or experience slow loading, please try again in 15 minutes.

Yahoo! Small Business customers have reported unresponsive or slow loading pages when accessing their Yahoo! Small Business accounts.

Our Engineers are aware of the issue and actively working to resolve it as quickly as possible.

System update to impact all ordering

Due to a system update, customers will be unable to place orders or change service plans beginning at 10:00 pm, and scheduled to end at 11:30 pm pacific standard time.

Yahoo! Small Business customers using Comcast may have difficulties accessing Yahoo! properties

Small Business customers using Comcast as an Internet Service Provider may have difficulties accessing any Yahoo! web site, including but not limited to Yahoo! Small Business services.

Comcast customers will receive a “page not found” or a 404 “page can not be displayed” error when attempting to view Yahoo! hosted sites.

We are aware of this issue and we are working with Comcast to resolve this as quickly as possible.

Yahoo! Small Business customers may have difficulties accessing their Yahoo! Business Control Panel and/or the Yahoo! Small Business web site

Yahoo! Small Business customers attempting to access their Small Business Control Panel or the Yahoo! Small Business web site may experience one or more of the following conditions:

  • Web pages loading slowly
  • Web pages receiving a time out error
  • Web pages returning a 404 error

We are aware of this issue and we are working to resolve this in a timely manner.

Some Yahoo! Customers may be unable to access their “My Services” screen

Some Yahoo! Customers who use a Yahoo! ID associated with one of our partners may be unable to log into their Yahoo! Small Business “My Services” page.

The Yahoo! IDs affected will end with

att.net
sbcglobal.net

Affected customers who try to log into their “My Services” page may find themselves redirected to the following URL

http://bcp.sbs.att.yahoo.com

We are aware of this issue and are working to resolve it in a timely manner.

Inability to lock or unlock domains

Some customers will be unable to lock or unlock their domains. The following URL will become present should this occur:

The following sites will be unavailable starting 11:00pm PDT on June 9th:

-billing.yahoo.com

-wallet.yahoo.com

-wallet.secure.yahoo.com

-offers.yahoo.com

Yahoo! customers who attempt to visit these sites during this schedule maintenance will see this notification: “The system is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later”.  Downtime should last approx. 15 minutes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Intermittent access issues with Yahoo! Mail

Earlier today, a small number of our Yahoo! Mail customers may have experienced intermittent access issues with their Yahoo! email account. We have since resolved this issue and all affected customers should have full access to their Yahoo! Mail accounts at this time.
