Unable to access Web Hosting Control Panel

Yahoo! Small Business users may receive the following error message when attempting to access the Web Hosting Control Panel for their accounts:

“Sorry! You don’t have permission to view this page.

Please check the address of the page you were trying to reach and try again. If you believe you’re seeing this message in error, please contact your account administrator.”

We are currently working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible.

Some websites on Yahoo! intermittently unavailable

Some viewers may experience intermittent connection issues while viewing pages hosted at Yahoo!, including yahoo.com.

Error messages may include:

  • Connection refused
  • Server hang up
  • Connection timed out
