Some Yahoo! Small Business customers may not be able to access their web sites

Some Yahoo! Small Business customers may have difficulties accessing their web sites.

Customers may see the ‘Page Cannot Be Displayed’ or ‘Page not found’ error message while trying to access their web sites.

Our engineers are aware of the issue and are actively working to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Merchant Solutions floating cart is experiencing technical issues

When users attempt to add items to the floating cart, those items will not be added.  The user will not see an error message, but when viewing the cart, it will show as empty and the user may be prevented from proceeding to the check out.  This has been replicated in both Internet Explorer and Fire Fox browsers.

As a temporary workaround, please disable your floating cart and publish your store.

We appreciate your patience while engineering is working to resolve this issue.

Business Control Panel displays incomplete listings

We have had reports that some customers are unable to access their full Business Control Panel.  When logging into their account some or all of their Store or Merchant accounts may not display for availability.

As a temporary workaround after logging into your account, you may access your store by using the following URL:

http://store.yahoo.com/index4.html

Engineering has been notified and is actively working to locate and resolve this issue.

Merchant Solutions scheduled system updates

On Wednesday, September 22, at 9 p.m. PT, until Thursday, September 23, at 7:30 a.m. PT, Yahoo! Merchant Solutions will be making system updates. Merchants may experience a 10 to 15-minute period of time during which Store Manager cannot be accessed, and store changes cannot be published. Some order posts may be briefly delayed, for up to 10-15 minutes. If you are unable to access Store Manager or to publish during this time, please try again after 15 minutes. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Web sites may not display properly

When attempting to view their web site, some customers are receiving either a “Page cannot be displayed” error or a blank white page.

We are aware of the issue and our engineering team is working to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Business Email delivery delays in web mail or POP mail client

Some Yahoo! Small Business customers may be experiencing delays with email delivery when using the Yahoo! Mail web interface or a POP client such as Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, or Mozilla Thunderbird, etc.

Customers encountering this issue can experience delivery delays from 15 minutes up to several hours.

We are actively working toward a resolution as soon as possible and will have further updates once they are available.

Updated DNS records and new/reactivated domains are not resolving

Some Yahoo! Small Business customers may experience an issue where updates to DNS records made from the Advanced DNS Settings page of the Domain Control Panel are not propagating.

Also, customers with new or reactivated accounts may experience issues resolving their domain names.

We are working to resolve these issues as soon as possible and appreciate your patience and understanding.

Unable to save changes on Yahoo! Site Solution web sites on Internet Explorer

Some Yahoo! Small Business customers may have difficulties with saving the changes to their Yahoo! Site Solution web sites using Internet Explorer.

Customers may receive a ‘Sorry, we were unable to connect to Yahoo! Site Solution. Please try again later.’ error while trying to save the changes.

Engineering is aware of this and working to fix the issue at the earliest.

In the interim, you may be able to work around this issue by using Mozilla Firefox to edit and save the web site using Yahoo! Site Solution.

Some customers are unable to access their Web Hosting Control Panel

Customers may receive a “Page Not Available” error when attempting to access their Web Hosting Control Panel.

Elements and/or images are missing from web pages
