Some Yahoo! Small Business customers are experiencing issues accessing their websites via the alternate/temporary URL given to new customers who have yet to redelegate their domain to Yahoo!.

We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Some Yahoo! Small Business customers may have difficulties in accessing their websites and their Small Business control panels.

Some Yahoo! Small Business customers may have difficulties in accessing their websites and their Small Business control panels and may see  a ‘page cannot be displayed’ or a ‘could not connect’ error.

We are aware of this issue and are working to resolve this issue in a timely manner.

Some Yahoo! Store customers may be unable to use the Shipping Location Map

Some Yahoo! Merchant Solutions customers may find the buttons on their Location Map screen to be non-responsive, preventing them from selecting states when creating shipping rules.

We are working to resolve this issue in a timely manner. Customers affected by this issue may create shipping rules without using the Location Map as described in our help center.

With this subject line and message:

Yahoo! Mail: Unusual Activity Detected!

We’ve detected unusual activity in your account.  To protect you, your account has been suspended from sending, saving and receiving mail for up to 48 hours.

This message is not a legitimate message from Yahoo! Small Business. Your Yahoo! Business Email accounts have not been suspended and you may send, receive and save emails. You may disregard and delete this email message.

Some Yahoo! Small Business Merchant Solutions customers may not receive automated order emails

Some Yahoo! Small Business Merchant Solutions customers may not be receiving the automated order emails when a customer places an order on their store. Merchants may always view their orders by accessing their Store Manager and clicking on Orders.

We are working to resolve the issue with automated emails as quickly as possible.

Business Mail and regular Yahoo! Mail issues on BlackBerry devices

We have received reports of email issues with BlackBerry devices.  Some customers have experienced the following:

  • Duplicate Business Email being downloaded
  • Mistakenly downloading regular Yahoo! Mail account messages.

We are working with Blackberry to investigate and resolve as soon as possible.

Some Yahoo! Store owners may be unable to add a PriceGrabber ID to their Ratings page

Some Yahoo! Merchant Solutions customers may encounter an error when attempting to add a PriceGrabber ID number to their Store’s “Ratings” screen.

The error message they will encounter is

An error occurred while updating your settings. Your PriceGrabber IS has not been submitted. Please submit your PriceGrabber Retailer ID again.

We are aware of this issue and are working to resolve it in a timely manner.
