Store manager access and order & payment APIs errors

As a result of an extended maintenance window, some merchants may experience temporary issues while accessing the store manager and processing orders through the order payment API’s. We are aware of this issue and are currently investigating.  Further updates will be provided as info comes available.

Some AT&T Broadband users may be unable to view Yahoo!-hosted web sites

Some AT&T Broadband customers may be unable to view some Yahoo!-hosted web sites and stores at this time.

We are working with AT&T to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Temporary web site URLs are loading slowly

Some Yahoo! Small Business customers may encounter slowness or time out errors when viewing their sites from the temporary URL displayed in the home tab of their Web Hosting Control Panel.

More information regarding the temporary web site URL can be found here.

Customers affected by this issue are those customers who have recently (within 72 hours) registered a new domain name when they created a new Yahoo! Small Business account and / or have not set their domain name servers (DNS) to the Yahoo! domain name servers listed here.

Customers whose Domain name servers (DNS) are set to the Yahoo! name servers are not impacted by this issue.

We are aware of this issue and are working to resolve it in a timely manner.

Unable to view web sites/stores

Yahoo! Shopping and Pricegrabber Migration Issues

Some merchants are reporting issues with the mapping of their data and reviews between Yahoo! Shopping and Pricegrabber as a result of the partnership transition. The Yahoo! Shopping and Pricegrabber teams are aware of these issues and are currently working to resolve them in a timely manner.
