Some Yahoo! Small Business accounts are not upgrading or downgrading correctly.

Symptoms:

  1. After upgrading or downgrading, you cannot view your account in the Business Control Panel.
  2. Your web site is not displaying in an Internet browser.
  3. Your business email is not working.

If you are experiencing the above symptoms after upgrading or downgrading your Yahoo! Small Business service, please contact us so we can help you resolve this issue.

Updating past-due account does not reactivate services

We have identified a billing issue in which Yahoo! Small Business customers pay their past-due accounts successfully, but their accounts are not reactivating properly.  In addition, their web sites are not displaying, and their business email does not work after updating the payment method at billing.yahoo.com.

Please contact us for further troubleshooting if you are experiencing this issue.

We are continuing to investigate this issue and will provide an update or resolution as soon as possible.

AT&T DSL and Dial Up Customers Unable to Access Yahoo! Small Business Control Panels

Some AT&T DSL and Dial Up customers may have difficulties accessing Yahoo! Small Business Control Panels.

We are aware of this issue and are working to resolve it in a timely manner.

In the interim, customers can access their Web Hosting Control Panel by signing in at

http://webhosting.yahoo.com

The Store Control Panel can be accessed by signing in at

http://store.yahoo.com/index4.html

AT&T DSL and Dial Up Customers Unable to Connect to Web Hosting Sites
