Due to a recent change, some Yahoo! Small Business Web Hosting customers may be experiencing issues connecting to their FTP server. If you are experiencing issues, please ensure that your FTP settings match those found in your Web Hosting Control Panel, Create & Update tab, File Management Tools box, FTP Settings section.

Some recipients of mail sent from Yahoo! Business Mail SMTP server may be delayed. Examples of this scenario include using Microsoft Outlook and Mozilla Thunderbird if the outgoing (SMTP) server is set to the Yahoo! Business Mail SMTP server
