Merchant Solutions system upgrade on June 30

On June 30 to early morning July 1, from 10:30 p.m. to 3:30 a.m. (PDT), we’ll be conducting upgrades to help improve system performance. If you do not see a notice about the upgrade in your Store Manager, your store is not affected.

Shoppers may be unable to use gift certificates or coupons when placing an order during the upgrade period. Store Manager will not be available during this time. Merchants should complete all store publishes before the upgrade begins. Publishes in-progress will be stopped resulting in a partial content publish. FDMS batch submissions and site statistics reporting may be delayed until the following day.

Please note: Merchants using the Database Inventory feature should set their "Quantity can Exceed Availability" setting to "Yes" for the upgrade period, or orders may not be accepted. Your inventory will automatically be updated to reflect new orders once the upgrades are complete. Orders received during this time should be checked against available item quantities to ensure the order can be filled.

To modify the "Quantity can Exceed Availability" setting:

  1. In Store Manager, click on "Configure Inventory" (located in the Order Settings column).
  2. In the Settings Section, change "Quantity can Exceed Availability" to "Yes".
  3. Click the "Update" button.
  4. Publish your Order Settings.

Following the upgrade, you may restore your original settings if needed, to prevent items from being ordered when they’re not in stock.

Store Control Panel Unavailable

Some merchants may currently be unable to access their Store Control Panel.  We are aware of this issue and are working to resolve it in a timely manner.  There is no impact to live sites.

Manager Access Issues

Manual Transactions failing for Merchant Solutions customers

Merchant Solutions customers are experiencing failures when trying to process Manual Transactions.

We are aware of the issue and are diligently working toward a resolution very soon.

Automatic batch submissions are working properly at this time.

Sites are not fully activating when placing a new order

Some Yahoo! Small Business customers are seeing an error after placing a new order:

“We have problem setting up the account. Order Provisioning failed. Call customer care”

We are aware of the issue and are diligently working toward a resolution as soon as possible.

Update – Fax feature temporarily disabled

The Fax feature is currently disabled for Merchant Solutions accounts. This feature will remain disabled while our 3rd party fax service provider continues to troubleshoot the technical issues with this service. We appreciate your patience, and continue to work toward resolving this issue with our provider. As a workaround, we suggest receiving orders by email, and automatically printing order emails upon receipt. The System Status page will be updated with any changes to the status of this open issue.

Cannot find server or DNS Error

Legacy Store customers unable to update billing information

Websites not resolving on Comcast ISP

We are experiencing an issue with websites not resolving when using Comcast as your ISP. We are investigating this issue and will provide updates as soon as possible as we further investigate this issue with Comcast.
