Fax Feature temporarily disabled

We have temporarily disabled the Fax feature on Merchant Solutions accounts due to technical difficulties. Fax service will be re-enabled when our 3rd party fax service confirms the issue has been resolved.

Web Mail Error Code 15

Some Yahoo! Business Mail users may encounter an error while viewing their mail via the Business Mail Web Mail page:

We are working to resolve this issue in a timely manner. In the interim, customers may access their Yahoo! Business Mail accounts by using a POP email program such as Microsoft Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird.

International Yahoo! customers unable to access Business Mail folders

Some customers with Yahoo! IDs created in countries outside of the U.S. have reported being unable  to access Business Mail folders using their web mail accounts at mail.domain.tld (replace with your domain name).

We are aware of this issue and actively working to resolve it as soon as possible.

This issue has also been reported by customers using the Mail Classic web mail interface. If you are experiencing this problem, please switch to the new Mail interface. Get help switching to the new Mail interface.

No active services displayed on Service Summary at billing.yahoo.com

Some Yahoo! Small Business customers have reported no active services displayed on the Service Summary tab at http://billing.yahoo.com.  We are aware of this issue and are actively working toward a resolution.

Web Analytics displays all referrers as Direct Link or Bookmark

The Yahoo! Web Analytics Traffic > Last Visitor Details Report may display all referrers as either Direct Link or Bookmark, including Search links.

We are aware of this issue and are working to resolve it in a timely manner.

“Your Domain Has Been Transferred” message sent to holders of active domains

Some Yahoo! Small Business customers may receive an email from Yahoo! indicating that their domain name has been transferred, when in fact no transfer was enacted by the customer.

We are aware of this issue and are taking steps to resolve it in a timely manner.

Issues with Email Address Autocomplete

Some customers may be experiencing issues with the autocomplete feature for email addresses in their Yahoo! Business Mail accounts when using the Mail Classic interface. We are aware of this issue and are currently investigating. Further updates will be provided as more information becomes available. As a workaround we recommend using the All New Mail interface.
