Business Mail – Mailbox Access Issues via POP, Web Mail

Some Yahoo! Business Mail customers may encounter intermittent errors while accessing their Business Mail accounts via POP or the web interface.

We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience in this matter.

Some merchants cannot access Store Editor or Order Manager

Some Merchant Solutions customers are currently unable to access their Store Editor or Order Manager, and buyers at the stores of affected accounts will not see an order confirmation number when they complete the checkout process.

We are investigating this issue and will provide more information as it becomes available.

Mail not forwarding in Yahoo! Business Mail

Some people may experience difficulty receiving email when they have their Yahoo! Business mail account set to forward to another location. Removal of your mail forward will allow mail to be delivered normally.

Our engineering team is actively working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
