Some Yahoo! Small Business Mail customers may be experiencing bounceback messages from their catch-all mailboxes.  We are aware of this issue and are working to resolve it as soon as possible.

New Order “Provisioning Failed” Error

Business mail forward latency and failures

Some Yahoo! Small Business customers who forward their Business Mail messages may be experiencing delivery latency and delivery failures.

We are aware of this issue and are actively working toward a resolution. While we work on this issue, affected customers may want to temporary disable mail forwarding. (Note that if you disable forwarding, messages delivered to your Business Email address will be received in your Business Email mailbox instead of the destination address.)

To disable email forwarding:

  1. Sign in to your account at http://mail.yourdomain.com (be sure to replace yourdomain.com with the domain associated with your email address).
  2. In the upper-right corner of the page, click Options.
  3. Click the Mail Options link.
  4. Click the POP & Forwarding link, then Set up or edit POP & Forwarding.
  5. Select the Web and POP access option.
  6. Click the Save button to save your changes.

Intermittent access issues with Yahoo! Mail

Earlier today, a small number of our Yahoo! Mail customers may have experienced intermittent access issues with their Yahoo! email account. We have since resolved this issue and all affected customers should have full access to their Yahoo! Mail accounts at this time.

Web Hosting maintenance on March 24

Please note that we will conduct routine maintenance for Yahoo! Web Hosting on March 24, 2009, beginning at approximately 6 p.m. PST. We expect this maintenance will be complete by approximately 1 a.m. on March 25 (PST).

During this time, your web site will remain available to your customers, but you may be unable to access your Web Hosting Control Panel or update your files, and some features on your published site (such as blog comments) may be temporarily disabled.

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience, and will work to make your web hosting tools available as quickly as possible.

Web Hosting Unresponsive

Yahoo! billing and ordering maintenance, March 17-18

Yahoo! Billing will undergo maintenance beginning on Tuesday, March 17, 2009, at approximately 11 p.m. PDT. We expect this maintenance to last approximately 2 hours.

During this time, you will be unable to access your Yahoo! account billing information or complete transactions using your Yahoo! Wallet. If you visit any of the following pages, you will see a “system is temporarily unavailable” message.

Incomplete search results in Yahoo! Business Mail

We experienced an issue with incomplete search results in Yahoo! Business Mail beginning on February 24, 2009. Mail searches may pull up short results, or may display no results.

We have identified the root cause and fixed the issue. However, some customers may be unable to access complete Business Mail search results for some time.

Yahoo! Mail maintenance on Friday, March 13th

Yahoo! Mail will undergo essential maintenance beginning on Friday, March 13, 2009, at approximately 5 p.m. PDT. We expect this maintenance to be completed by midday on March 14, 2009 (PDT).

During this time, you may experience problems accessing your free Yahoo! Mail, or accessing your Business Mail account from the free Yahoo! Mail interface. Some customers may also be temporarily unable to access their archived messages.

If you have trouble accessing your Business Mail from the free Mail interface, please go directly to your Business Mail account at http://mail.yourdomain.com (be sure to replace yourdomain.com with your own domain name).
