Business Mail maintenance on February 18th

Business Mail Search Functionality Issues

Some Yahoo! Business Mail customers may find that their Yahoo! Business Mail Search functionality may be affected by an issue within the Yahoo! Business Mail system. This does not affect the delivery of messages sent to or from your Yahoo! Business Mail accounts.

We are working to resolve this issue in a timely manner.

Risk Tools Issues

Due to a third-party outage, some merchants may be seeing errors when trying to add new IPs to their IP Block List in Risk Tools. Blocking of current IPs is working properly. We are investigating this issue and will provide updates when they are available.

Yahoo! Business Mail Account Access Issues

Some Yahoo! Business Mail customers may be unable to access their Yahoo! Business Mail accounts at this time. We are working to determine the cause and resolution of this issue in a timely manner and apologize for the inconvenience.

Problems accessing Business Email via domain

Some customers may be unable to access their Business Email by going directly to http://mail.domain.com (replacing domain.com with a personalized domain name). In the newer Yahoo! Mail interface, this address may redirect you to your free Mail account.

If you are experiencing this problem, please access your mail by going to http://mail.yahoo.com, then selecting your domain from the dropdown menu near the top of the page. See details.

We are aware of the issue and are hoping to have it resolved as soon as possible.

update 2/6: engineering is still investigating this issue. All mail continues to be delivered and is accessible via the recommendation above.

Delayed Payment Processing

Customers affected by this delay may see what appears to be a secondary charge in January. However, this is not a secondary charge, merely the payment processing system correcting its delay.

We are aware of the issue and the root cause has been resolved.
