AOL browser not displaying web sites

Some customers may not be able to view their web site using the AOL internet browser. Currently, the workaround is to use a different internet browser, like Internet Explorer, or Mozilla Firefox, or Opera.

At this time, we do not have an ETA for resolution.

PayPal web site and APIs intermittently unavailable

At this time PayPal is experiencing technical difficulties that may cause the PayPal web site and APIs to be unavailable to some customers’ web sites and stores. PayPal’s technical team is working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

Sites are showing “Page could not be displayed”

At this time, certain accounts maybe experiencing this error when accessing the domain: “Page could not be displayed”. This is affecting certain Web Hosting and Merchant accounts only.

We do not have an ETA at this time, but we are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

order.store.yahoo.com URL Error Message

Some merchants are reporting that they are seeing the following error message:

Error: order.store.yahoo.com is not a valid URL. Please point all checkout actions to order.store.yahoo.net

This error is the result of the planned shutdown of old checkout systems communicated throughout the second half of 2008. If you are experiencing this error message, please consult our help page for information on how to correct the affected URL’s.

This status post will remain open for 48 hours for informational purposes only.

Domain not displaying in browser without www

Merchant Solutions and Web Hosting customers’ domains are not displaying in browsers when the “www” is left out.

Our engineering department is aware of this issue and actively working toward a resolution.

Store Manager temporarily unavailable

The Store Control Panel is currently unavailable for some merchant customers. We are actively investigating this issue and will provide an update as soon as possible.

PayPal Maintenance

Thursday, January 8th, 2009

PayPal will be conducting system maintenance January 8th from 11:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. PST. During that time shoppers may be unable to check out with PayPal. PayPal captures and refunds will not process during the maintenance. You may wish to add messaging to your checkout pages advising customers to choose an alternate payment method.
