Web Hosting and Business Mail

On December 5th, from 3pm to 10 pm PST we will be conducting critical emergency maintenance. For a small percentage of accounts, Yahoo! Web Hosting and Yahoo! Business Mail users may be unable to access their accounts during this maintenance period.

Merchant Solutions and Store

For a small percentage of accounts, shoppers may be unable to use gift certificates or coupons when placing an order during the maintenance period. Store Manager will not be available during this time. If your database inventory is set to reject items for which there is no quantity, the items may be unable to be ordered. Order numbers will not be issued during the maintenance, but will be emailed to your shoppers later. FDMS batch submissions and site statistics reporting may be delayed until the following day. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We are aware that there is an issue limiting the use of our systems and are working now to understand the root cause and remedy the situation. We will provide an update on the situation in an hour, or as soon as we have more information to share.

Yahoo! Web Analytics (Beta) data may currently be unavailable for merchant accounts. We are investigating this issue now and will provide updates as soon as possible.

Certain Yahoo! Small Business customers may be experiencing sporadic slowdowns in the accessing of their website. Our engineering team is aware of and actively working on the issue and we will continue to update this as more information is available.

Some merchants are reporting sporadic latency accessing web sites via the Qwest network. This issue appears to be within the Qwest network. We are aware of this issue and currently investigating. Further updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
