Orders failing to register new domain names

Recently placed orders for Yahoo! Small Business products may result in the purchased domain name failing to complete registration.

Yahoo! Small Business customers who have already purchased a domain name may experience latency or timeout error messages when accessing the Domain Control Panel for their domains.

We are currently working to resolve these problems as quickly as possible.  Your patience is appreciated.

Some websites on Yahoo! intermittently unavailable

Some viewers may experience intermittent connection issues while viewing pages hosted at Yahoo!, including yahoo.com.

Error messages may include:

  • Connection refused
  • Server hang up
  • Connection timed out

Our engineering team is aware of the issue and is working diligently on a resolution.

Yahoo! Business Mail users may receive an error when using the search feature

Some Yahoo! Business Mail users may receive the following error when attempting to search for messages using the  All-New Yahoo! Mail interface:

“Sorry, your session has expired. To protect your account, you need to confirm your password periodically”

Errors or latency when using Yahoo! Business Mail Webmail interface

Some customers may experience slow page load times or encounter errors when using the Webmail interface to browse their Yahoo! Business Mail account.

Customers impacted may receive one of the following error messages:

  • TAE error 15
  • TAE error 16
  • “an error has occurred”

Refreshing your browser may clear the error.

Our engineers are working to resolve this problem as quickly as possible.

Reported inability to activate Business Email accounts
