XML status update emails are delayed

Merchants updating the Shipment Tracking status of their orders by submitting XML status update emails may encounter delays of approximately 3 hours in the order status updating.

Unable to manage Yahoo! Small Business services

Merchants unable to update new Site Search settings

Yahoo! Merchant Solutions customers will not be able to transition to the new Site Search (Beta) for a period of 36 hours starting 3AM PST on Monday, December 12, 2011.  During this time, merchants already on the new Site Search (Beta) will be unable to make changes to site search settings.

We are aware of this issue and our engineers are working to resolve it as soon as possible.  We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes,  and appreciate your patience and understanding while we work through this issue.

Please  note that this issue will have no impact on customer-facing stores.  Stores already using the Site Search (Beta) will continue to function as they are currently configured, and customers will be able to place orders as normal.

Some Yahoo! Small Business customers may not be able to search for Business Email in the Webmail interface. When performing a Business Email search, users may encounter the following error:

“Sorry, your session has expired. To protect your account, you need to confirm your password periodically”

Yahoo! Small Business homepage not displaying

Yahoo! Small Business customers may have difficulties accessing Yahoo! Small Business homepage in an Internet browser.

You may experience latency or see a blank page or a “Connection Refused” or “internal error – server connection terminated” error message while trying to visit the site.

As a temporary work around you may be able to access your services by visiting the link below:

Some Yahoo! Mail users are encountering an error on login

Yahoo! Email users have reported occasional errors when attempting to log into their Yahoo! mail accounts.

The error message is as follows:

“We’re experiencing some technical difficulties…

We’re sorry, but Yahoo! Mail can’t load due to a temporary error.  You can try back again shortly, or visit our help pages for ways to troubleshoot the issue.

Temporary error: LaunchTAE15″

Yahoo! Small Business POP Email accounts are unaffected by this issue.

While the regular portion of your Yahoo! Mail account may be affected, there is an alternate method to access your Yahoo! Small Business Email account.  To access your Business Email directly type the following in the address bar of your browser:

http://mail.yourdomainname.com

Replace yourdomainname.com with the domain name of your Business Email account.
