Yahoo! Shopping and Pricegrabber Migration Issues

Some merchants are reporting issues with the mapping of their data and reviews between Yahoo! Shopping and Pricegrabber as a result of the partnership transition. The Yahoo! Shopping and Pricegrabber teams are aware of these issues and are currently working to resolve them in a timely manner. Merchant Solutions Page Latency

We are aware of this issue and are working to resolve it in a timely manner.

Batches not being submitted automatically

Some Yahoo! Small Business Store and Merchant Solutions customers have reported their batches are not being submitted automatically.

We are actively working towards resolving this issue as soon as possible.

As a workaround, click the Submit Batch button on the Manual Transactions page at the end of each day’s transactions.  Please see the help page on this workaround.

Note: If you are processing online payments with PayPal Website Payments Pro, then your transactions will not be collected in a batch but instead they are processed immediately.

Error Accessing Store Control Panel

Some Yahoo! Merchant Solutions customers may encounter errors when attempting to log into the Store Control Panel from their My Services page.

This error may occur:

Sorry! We have encountered an error that prevents us from fulfilling your request. Things should return back to normal soon, so please try your request again in a few minutes.

We are aware of this issue and are working to resolve it now.  This issue will not affect your Yahoo! Merchant Solution Store from accepting and processing orders.

Issues connecting to Business Email from Web Mail page

Some Yahoo! Business Email customers may encounter difficulty switching from their Yahoo! Mail web mail page to their Yahoo! Business Email web mail page.

We are aware of this issue and are working to resolve it in a timely manner.

Customers can still access their Yahoo! Business Email web mail page by logging into the mail subdomain of their web site, for example

http://mail.domain.tld

where domain.tld is the domain name associated with the Yahoo! Business Email account.  For more information on this alternate method for accessing your Yahoo! Business Email account, please visit our help page.

Some stores loading slowly

We have received reports that some merchants are experiencing slow load or timeouts when attempting to view their live sites. We are investigating this issue now.

Unable to send and receive Business Email via POP client

Some Yahoo! Small Business customers are reporting errors while sending or receiving Business Email using a POP client, such as Outlook, Outlook Express, Mac Mail, or Thunderbird.

If you are having trouble accessing your mail with POP, please ensure you are entering the correct POP settings for your account.

As a workaround, Business Email users with POP and Webmail access can send and receive mail using the Webmail interface. To access your mail, visit http://mail.yourdomain.com (replacing yourdomain.com with your own domain name).  See details in the help center.

Some Yahoo! Small Business accounts are not upgrading or downgrading correctly

We have received reports of some accounts not upgrading or downgrading correctly.

Customers experiencing this issue have reported the following symptoms:

  • After upgrading or downgrading, you cannot view your account in the Business Control Panel.
  • Your web site is not displaying in an Internet browser.
  • Your business email is not working.

Yahoo! Web Analytics sign-in page unavailable

Merchant Solutions customers are unable to link to the Yahoo! Web Analytics sign-in page from the Store Control Panel. This is due to a scheduled maintenance process. Check the status of this issue by visiting

Unable to remove active POP only Business Email users
