<p>The original issue is some Yahoo! Business Email customers may notice that emails sent/received between 9th June 2011 and 15th June 2011 are missing from their mailbox in their <a title="Yahoo! Mail" href="http://mail.yahoo.com" target="_blank">Webmail interface</a>.</p>
<p>The restoration process is completed for most of our affected accounts. If the issue still persists, please <a title="Contact Us" href="http://smallbusiness.yahoo.com/contactus" target="_blank">contact us</a> by signing in to your Yahoo! Small Business account and using our call-back system.</p>

<p>When customers click on the Send/Receive button to download their emails, they may encounter a password looping issue. Alternatively, customers can access their Business Mail using the <a href="http://help.yahoo.com//l/us/yahoo/smallbusiness/bizmail/mail/" target="_blank">web mail</a> interface.</p>

For a small percentage of accounts, shoppers may be unable to use gift certificates or coupons when placing an order during the maintenance period. Store Manager will not be available during this time. If your database inventory is set to reject items for which there is no quantity, the items may be unable to be ordered. Order numbers will not be issued during the maintenance, but will be emailed to your shoppers later. FDMS batch submissions and site statistics reporting may be delayed until the following day. We apologize for any inconvenience.</p>
