Orders failing to register new domain names
Thursday, January 12th, 2012Recently placed orders for Yahoo! Small Business products may result in the purchased domain name failing to complete registration.
Yahoo! Small Business customers who have already purchased a domain name may experience latency or timeout error messages when accessing the Domain Control Panel for their domains.
We are currently working to resolve these problems as quickly as possible. Your patience is appreciated.
Some websites on Yahoo! intermittently unavailable
Tuesday, January 10th, 2012Some viewers may experience intermittent connection issues while viewing pages hosted at Yahoo!, including yahoo.com.
Error messages may include:
- Connection refused
- Server hang up
- Connection timed out

Domains accounts generating bounced messages
Monday, January 9th, 2012Domains accounts are intermittently generating bounced messages when trying to send to the Business Email alias. Senders may see the following bounced messages:
- Resources temporarily unavailable, please try again later [#4.1.12]. /I’m not going to try again; this message has been in the queue too long.
- Resources temporarily unavailable, please try again later [#4.1.13]
Our engineers are aware of this problem and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible. We will provide more information in the next 24 hours.
Yahoo! Business Mail users may receive an error when using the search feature
Thursday, January 5th, 2012Some Yahoo! Business Mail users may receive the following error when attempting to search for messages using the All-New Yahoo! Mail interface:
“Sorry, your session has expired. To protect your account, you need to confirm your password periodically”

Errors or latency when using Yahoo! Business Mail Webmail interface
Wednesday, January 4th, 2012Some customers may experience slow page load times or encounter errors when using the Webmail interface to browse their Yahoo! Business Mail account.
Customers impacted may receive one of the following error messages:
- TAE error 15
- TAE error 16
- “an error has occurred”
Refreshing your browser may clear the error.
