Yahoo! Small Business System Status

PayPal will be conducting scheduled maintenance on September 2, 2010, between 11:00 p.m. and 11:20 p.m. PDT. During this maintenance window, PayPal APIs will be unavailable. The API response returned for transactions made during this time will be 10001/1000. Batch processing for PayPal will also be unavailable from 10:15 p.m. to 11:45 p.m. PDT. We are currently aware that some Yahoo! Small Business customers’ web sites may load slowly or display an error message.

Should you receive an error message or experience slow loading, please try again in 15 minutes.

Some Yahoo! Small Business customers may not be able to access their web sites and get ‘Page Cannot Be Displayed’ error message on  Internet Explorer.

Yahoo! Small Business customers have reported unresponsive or slow loading pages when accessing their Yahoo! Small Business accounts.

Some Yahoo! Merchant Solution customers may experience incorrect statistics for Customer and or Page Views during the date range of August 24 and August 25.  Most commonly, statistics are not matching the historical average for the store.

Some Yahoo! Business Email customers may encounter delays or errors accessing their email account through either the Business Email web mail page or via a POP program such as Microsoft Outlook.

In the web mail page, customers may encounter this message:

The error, LaunchEmptyResponse, occurred when trying to connect to Yahoo! Mail.

We are working to resolve this issue in timely manner.

Some Yahoo! Small Business customers in India have reported that they are getting password prompt when accessing emails using any known POP client like Outlook, Outlook Express, Mac Mail, etc.

When customers click on Send/Receive button to download emails in POP clients, users may encounter password loop issue. Alternatively customers can access mail using web interface.

We are aware of this issue and our engineers are working to resolve it as quickly as possible.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Some Yahoo! Small Business Merchant Solutions and Store customers may experience abnormal order processing behavior such as orders not being immediately charged or confirmation emails not being sent.

Some Yahoo! Merchant Solution customers may encounter an issue where the Store Editor displays a blank page when opened. We are aware of this issue and are working to resolve it now.
