Update: Today, many customers experienced errors while trying to pay for Yahoo! Small Business Services with PayPal. Also, Order Processing and setting up Merchant Account Provider accounts were delayed.

This was identified as an issue with PayPal's systems.

This issue has been resolved by PayPal.

Update: Order Processing and set up of PayPal as a Merchant Account Provider is functional. There may be intermittent delays until the issue is completely resolved.

Update: This is also affecting Merchant Solutions and Store customers' Order Processing and set up of PayPal as a Merchant Account Provider.
