03:07 PM PST: Business Email – Intermittent Issues Switching Accounts in Yahoo! Mail Classic
Some Yahoo! Business Mail customers may experience intermittent issues switching to their Yahoo! Business Mail accounts in the Yahoo! Mail Classic interface.
While we work to resolve this issue, available workarounds are to:
- Access the Yahoo! Business Mail account directly by entering the “mail” subdomain for your Yahoo! Small Business account into the Address field of your browser window.
For example, if your domain was “mydomain.com” the address would read
http://mail.mydomain.com - Switch your account to use the All New Yahoo! Mail interface.
We are working to resolve this issue in a timely manner.
