02:10 PM PST: Business Email – Unable to Edit / Save Signature Under FireFox 3.5
Yahoo! Business Mail customers may encounter errors when attempting to edit or save their signature information when viewing their Email Options screen under Mozilla Firefox 3.5.
Symptoms may include
- some elements of the Email Options page not displaying
- Rich Text data displaying as HTML
- The “Save” and “Cancel” buttons do not respond
We are aware of this issue and are working to resolve it in a timely manner.

(07/17/09) While we work to resolve this issue, you may set your business mail account to "Plain Text" in a different browser and save your changes. Then go back to the business mail account in Firefox 3.5 to make any further updates. Do not choose the html option as it will replicate the original issue. Keep the Plain Text option selected and click Save. The System Status page will be updated with any changes to the status of this open issue.
