Some East Coast Verizon internet users are reporting that they are unable to access Yahoo! web pages or Yahoo! hosted web sites. We are aware of this issue and currently investigating with Verizon. Further updates will be provided as more information becomes available.

This issue was due to a network outage at Verizon. Verizon has re-routed traffic around the affected connection. This issue should be resolved at this time but will remain open for 4 hours for monitoring.
