02:30 PM PST: Errors signing in to FTP as the default user
Web Hosting customers may have difficulties logging into FTP using their primary sign-in information (YahooID@domain.tld). We are aware of this issue and are working to resolve it in a timely manner.
If you’re having trouble accessing your site with FTP, you can create an additional FTP user in your Password Manager and sign in using this secondary FTP account until we have resolved this issue. For instructions to create additional FTP users, please visit the help center.
