12:58 PM PST: Business mail forward latency and failures
Some Yahoo! Small Business customers who forward their Business Mail messages may be experiencing delivery latency and delivery failures.
We are aware of this issue and are actively working toward a resolution. While we work on this issue, affected customers may want to temporary disable mail forwarding. (Note that if you disable forwarding, messages delivered to your Business Email address will be received in your Business Email mailbox instead of the destination address.)
To disable email forwarding:
- Sign in to your account at http://mail.yourdomain.com (be sure to replace yourdomain.com with the domain associated with your email address).
- In the upper-right corner of the page, click Options.
- Click the Mail Options link.
- Click the POP & Forwarding link, then Set up or edit POP & Forwarding.
- Select the Web and POP access option.
- Click the Save button to save your changes.
