Some customers may be unable to access their Business Email by going directly to http://mail.domain.com (replacing domain.com with a personalized domain name). In the newer Yahoo! Mail interface, this address may redirect you to your free Mail account.
If you are experiencing this problem, please access your mail by going to http://mail.yahoo.com, then selecting your domain from the dropdown menu near the top of the page. See details.
We are aware of the issue and are hoping to have it resolved as soon as possible.
