05:39 AM PST: Domain not displaying in browser without www

Merchant Solutions and Web Hosting customers’ domains are not displaying in browsers when the “www” is left out.

Our engineering department is aware of this issue and actively working toward a resolution.

06:48 AM PST

Update: We have applied a fix that is allowing most domains to resolve correctly when typed without "www" in a web browser. We will continue to monitor this issue until all domains display correctly.

Update: This issue has been resolved.
