07:48 AM PST: Stores unable to add items to shopping cart

We have received reports of customers being unable to add items to their shopping carts.

When attempting to add an item to the shopping cart, the customer is directed to a shopping cart page with no items listed.

We are aware of the issue and our engineers are working to resolve it as quickly as possible.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We are still investigating this issue and appreciate your patience and understanding while we do our best to resolve this in a timely manner.


11:07 AM PST

We are currently in the process of pushing a fix to impacted servers. During this time, shoppers may experience a brief period where they are "unable to retrieve cart.” Expected impact will be under two minutes.

Further updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
