We have received reports of customers being unable to add items to their shopping carts.
When attempting to add an item to the shopping cart, the customer is directed to a shopping cart page with no items listed.
We are aware of the issue and our engineers are working to resolve it as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We are currently in the process of pushing a fix to impacted servers. During this time, shoppers may experience a brief period where they are "unable to retrieve cart.” Expected impact will be under two minutes.
