07:06 AM PST: Revenue is not updating in Store Statistics

Yahoo! Merchant Solutions customers have reported that they are unable to view their revenue statistics within the Store Control Panel.

All items have been batched and processed.  Processed revenue is not updating in the statistics section of your Store Control Panel.

We are aware of the issue and our engineers are working to resolve it as quickly as possible.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

(8/18/2010) After Monday night’s scheduled update, revenue statistics are currently being updated.

(8/19/2010) We are continuing to update revenue statistics at this time and appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

(08/20/2010) At this time some Merchant Solutions customers may still see incomplete store revenue statistics in their Store Control Panel. All items have been batched and processed; however, it may take some time for all statistics data to be restored.

We are continuing to monitor our system carefully and expect that all data will be restored by Monday, August 23.

We apologize for this disruption and appreciate your patience as we complete this process. We will close this issue or communicate any new status on Monday.

(8/23/2010) We are still working to process the revenue statistics data for merchants affected by this issue.

(8/24/2010) Updates to the revenue statistics are taking longer than expected. We expect a resolution by tomorrow August 25th and we will provide an update tomorrow.
