Some Yahoo! Business Email customers may encounter an error when attempting to access their business mail through the web interface.
The error message that may appear is:
Ouch! The error, LaunchEmptyResponse, occurred when trying to connect to Yahoo! Mail
We are aware of this issue and are working to resolve it in a timely manner.
