Certain new Yahoo! Web Hosting, Domains, or Business Email orders placed between July 10th, 2010 to July 16th, 2010 may still show pending status in the control panel.
We are aware of this issue and are working toward a resolution as quickly as possible. Further updates will be provided as more information becomes available

This issue is now resolved. Customers should be able to access and manage their account.
We have determined that some orders created after July 14th may be affected by this issue. Our engineering team is in the process of resolving the issue with the ordering system. Once the issue is resolved all subsequent orders will be created as normal.
