Some merchants are reporting issues with the mapping of their data and reviews between Yahoo! Shopping and Pricegrabber as a result of the partnership transition. The Yahoo! Shopping and Pricegrabber teams are aware of these issues and are currently working to resolve them in a timely manner. For merchants who initially configured their Pricegrabber account to display items in both Yahoo! Shopping and Pricegrabber, but would now prefer to display items only through a single channel, please contact Pricegrabber Support and request that your account be modified to display products only in your desired channels.

(03/18/2010) Yahoo! Shopping and Pricegrabber teams continue to work on this issue. Mapping updates for ratings and reviews between systems are currently underway. At this time, updates are expected to be completed by Monday. Additional updates will be provided as more information becomes available.

(03/19/2010) All data and reviews between Yahoo! Shopping and Pricegrabber have been remapped at this time. Yahoo! Shopping teams indicate that this issue is now resolved. If you are still experiencing problems with this migration, please contact Pricegrabber Support.
