01:46 PM PST: Batches not being submitted automatically

Some Yahoo! Small Business Store and Merchant Solutions customers have reported their batches are not being submitted automatically.

We are actively working towards resolving this issue as soon as possible.

As a workaround, click the Submit Batch button on the Manual Transactions page at the end of each day’s transactions. Please see the help page on this workaround.

Note: If you are processing online payments with PayPal Website Payments Pro, then your transactions will not be collected in a batch but instead they are processed immediately.

(02/26/2010) Batches have been successfully submitted for the evening of 2/25/2010. This issue appears to be resolved. We will continue to monitor the batch functionality to ensure there are no further issues.
