We have received reports of some accounts not upgrading or downgrading correctly.
Customers experiencing this issue have reported the following symptoms:
- After upgrading or downgrading, you cannot view your account in the Business Control Panel.
- Your web site is not displaying in an Internet browser.
- Your business email is not working.
If you are experiencing the above symptoms after upgrading or downgrading your Yahoo! Small Business service, please contact us so we can help you resolve this issue.
