Some Yahoo! GeoCities Plus customers have reported an “Order Canceled” error when they try to upgrade to Yahoo! Web Hosting.
If you are a Yahoo! GeoCities Plus customer and encounter this issue when trying to upgrade, please do not contact our sales team using the phone number in the error message. Instead please contact us immediately by returning to geocities.yahoo.com and clicking the Contact us anytime link.
Please be sure to include your contact information and the following:
- Yahoo! ID:
- Domain to be used with the upgrade:
- Page before error URL:
- Error page URL:
- Error message:
- Date & Time of your attempt:
- Credit card type, last 4 of card number and expiration date
