10:21 AM PST: PayPal maintenance affecting PayPal APIs and batch processing PayPal will be conducting scheduled maintenance on September 2, 2010, between 11:00 p.m. and 11:20 p.m. PDT. During this maintenance window, PayPal APIs will be unavailable. The API response returned for transactions made during this time will be 10001/1000.
