02:38 PM PST: Business Mail Search problems

Some customers may find that their Yahoo Mail or Yahoo Business Mail Search functionality is not finding all of the search results.

You may receive the following message when attempting to search in your mailbox:

  • “No Results Found”

This does not affect the delivery of messages sent to or from your Yahoo! Business Mail accounts.

We are working to resolve this issue in a timely manner.


08:57 AM PST: Unable to send message or save draft

Some customers are unable to send an email or save a draft when using the Webmail interface in a Yahoo Mail or Business Email account due to the following errors:

  • “Unable to send message”
  • “An error occurred while uploading”
  • “Failed to save message”

Our mail engineering team is working to resolve this problem as quickly as possible.


05:34 PM PST: Historical Site Statistics shows 0 views

Yahoo Web Hosting customers may experience incorrect historical statistics.  Most commonly, statistics are showing 0 page views.

This may also temporarily increase page load times.  Disabling Yahoo Site Statistics will alleviate this issue.

To turn off site statistics:

  • Sign in to your Yahoo Web Hosting plan.
  • Select the Index tab.
  • Select Site Statistics.
  • In the upper-right corner of the Site Statistics page, click Options.
  • Toward the bottom of the page, select the radio button accompanying “Do not collect statistical data for my site (turn off site statistics).”
  • Click Save.

We are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible.  We will provide further updates as soon as they are available.

We have resolved the part of the issue that caused increased page load times; however, we are still working on restoring the correct historical data.
