10:10 AM PST: Upcoming migration to the new Yahoo! Mail platform

If you are using a legacy Yahoo! Mail platform, such as Yahoo! Mail Classic, starting today, June 3rd, you will be prompted to upgrade to the new Yahoo! Mail

You will have at least 30 days after today to continue to access your current version of Yahoo! Mail. After the 30 days, if you do not upgrade and agree to the new Terms of Service, you will be unable to access your email through the webmail interface.

The upgrade will be seamless and instantaneous — everything in your existing Yahoo! Mail account and Yahoo! Business Mail account (emails, attachments, contacts and folders) will move over.

Some benefits of the new Yahoo! Mail platform are:

  • Faster email
  • Cleaner, easier-to-use design
  • More secure

09:12 AM PST: Merchant web site images are not loading

Customers are reporting that the images for their Merchant web sites are not loading from certain locations.

We are aware of this issue and working to resolve it as quickly as possible.

01:28 PM PST: Store Manager on Merchant Solutions and Yahoo! Store accounts may be inaccessible

Some merchants may encounter the following error while trying to access the Store Manager:

“The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.”

Orders may be rejected for Merchants using the Database Inventory feature that do not have their “Quantity can Exceed Availability” setting to “Yes”.

We are aware of these issues and working to resolve them as quickly as possible.
