05:53 PM PST: Unable to switch to Yahoo Business Email in Internet Explorer

Some business email users may find that the drop-down menu to switch between your Yahoo Mail account and your business email account or accounts is missing when you are using the Internet Explorer browser.

We are no longer supporting the use of Internet Explorer 8 with Yahoo Mail, which also affects the “Compatibility Mode” of any later version of Internet Explorer in Windows 7, Windows Vista, and Windows XP.  Learn more about Internet Explorer 8 support.

If you are using Internet Explorer 9 or later, you can switch to your business email by first disabling Compatibility View or Compatibility Mode while using Yahoo Mail.

You can also use a different internet browser to access Yahoo Mail, or you can switch to Basic Mail.  Learn more about Basic mail.

06:54 AM PST: Store Search not working

Yahoo Merchant Solutions customers may have  difficulties with or have received reports of their store search failing.

Merchants may see the following message while trying to perform a store search:

  • No items found. Please try a new search, using a different search term.

We are aware of this issue and our engineers are working to resolve it in as soon as possible.

02:01 PM PST: Some Yahoo! Small Business Merchant Solutions customers may not receive automated order emails

Some Yahoo! Small Business Merchant Solutions customers may not be receiving the automated order emails when a customer places an order on their store. Merchants may view their orders by accessing their Store Manager and clicking on the Orders link.

We are working to resolve the issue with automated emails as quickly as possible.

(07/19/14) The issue has been resolved and any new order notification emails will be received without problem. We appreciate your patience while we fixed this.
