Some Yahoo Small Business customers may experience difficulties accessing their websites intermittently.

Customers may encounter the following errors:

  • Page Cannot be Displayed
  • Error 500

06:23 AM PST: Unable to access Store Control Panel

Some customers have reported they see a blank page after entering the Security Key when attempting to access the Store Control Panel.

In some cases refreshing the page multiple times or clearing the browser’s cache and cookies has resolved this problem.

We apologize for any inconvenience, our engineers are working to resolve this problem as quickly as possible.

12:23 PM PST: Error 100 upon logging in to Yahoo SiteBuilder site design tool

When trying to login to the Yahoo SiteBuilder site design tool, customers may see following error:

  • Sorry, your Yahoo ID or password is incorrect (error 100). Try again?

We’re receiving reports from some store owners that their customers are seeing the following error when trying to checkout with UPS:

License system not available

UPS has been notified and we’re working to provide updates as soon as possible.

Merchant Solutions customers may not be able to reach the technical support team due to a problem with the phone system. Customers may hear the Yahoo greeting, then the line disconnects.
