Merchants are seeing the status of orders processed using Internet Explorer 11 change unexpectedly. This happens when clicking on a link such as Packing Slip and then using the back button to return to order details. A workaround when using Internet Explorer 11 is to right click on the link and open it in a new tab or window, and avoid using the back button.
