09:20 AM PST: Yahoo SiteBuilder fails to load after Java update

A recent update to Java has resulted in issues with Yahoo SiteBuilder. To resolve these issues, please uninstall SiteBuilder and reinstall.

For assistance with uninstalling applications, please see this Microsoft help page.

Once you have uninstalled SiteBuilder, you may then download SiteBuilder and reinstall.

04:03 PM PST: Some customers unable to load Yahoo Site Solution

Some customers have reported Yahoo Site Solution stops loading at the following message:

Please wait while we check for updates…

Our engineers are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Our engineers have reported that this should now be stabilized. We will continue to monitor for any further issues.

He have seen no new instances of this area since monitoring began. This issue is resolved.

01:53 PM PST: Temporary Error code 14 when accessing Yahoo Mail and Business Mail

You may receive the following error message when logging into your Yahoo Mail or Business Mail account:

  • We’re experiencing some technical difficulties…We’re sorry, but Yahoo! Mail can’t load due to a temporary error. You can try back again shortly, or visit our help pages for ways to troubleshoot the issue. Temporary error: 14

Our engineers are aware of this issue and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible.

09:05 AM PST: Some web sites not loading

Some customers are unable to view their web site due to the following error messages:

  • Unknown Host – Description: Unable to locate the server requested — the server does not have a DNS entry. Perhaps there is a misspelling in the server name, or the server no longer exists. Double-check the name and try again.
  • Server Connection Closed
    Description: The server requested closed the connection before the transaction
    was completed.

Our engineers are aware of the issue and working to resolve it as quickly as possible.
