05:51 PM PST: Order status changing when using Internet Explorer 11

Merchants are seeing the status of orders processed using Internet Explorer 11 change unexpectedly. This happens when clicking on a link such as Packing Slip and then using the back button to return to order details. A workaround when using Internet Explorer 11 is to right click on the link and open it in a new tab or window, and avoid using the back button.

07:38 PM PST: Unable to activate business email addresses

We are receiving reports that customers are unable to activate individual business email accounts.  When the email address is activated, the following error is returned.

Error message is: accept failed account could not be created

Our engineers are investigating the issue and hope to have a resolution quickly.  We apologize for any inconvenience this is causing and will provide further updates as they are available.

01:52 PM PST: Intermittent error accessing the Email Control Panel and Web Hosting Control Panel

Some customers have reported receiving an error when accessing their Web Hosting Control Panel and/or Email Control Panel. The error is:

“Could Not Connect
Description: Could not connect to the requested server host.”

We are aware of the issue and working to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Some customers have reported their website is loading slowly, or not at all. If the site is not loading, an “Unknown Host” error message may be displayed.
