Some users are unable to access their Mail Settings, save drafts, nor compose a new email message in the Webmail interface due to the following error:
- “Sorry, an unknown error has occurred. Please try again. If the issue persists, please contact customer care.”
Affected users can try switching to the Basic version mail interface.
