10:31 AM PST: Files called via relative URLs from a CSS stylesheet in the New Store Editor File Library are not displaying

Some Merchants that use relative URLs in their CSS stylesheet to load elements on their pages may see these elements not loading.  We are aware of this issue and working to resolve it as quickly as possible.  As a work around, Merchants can use the full URL in the CSS stylesheet to load the elements.  An example would be to change any URLs like:

  • /lib/store-id/file-name.jpg

to

  • http://domain.tld/lib/store-id/file-name.jpg

08:54 AM PST: Some customers are unable to activate a new WordPress blog

When attempting to activate a new WordPress blog through the Blog Manager in the Web Hosting Control Panel some customers are receiving an error:

“Sorry, we encountered a problem with your activation. Please click the “Activate” button below to try again.”

We are aware of this issue and working to resolve it as quickly as possible.

12:46 PM PST: Some Yahoo! Small Business customers may have difficulties accessing newly ordered or changed services.

Some Yahoo! Small Business customers placing orders for new service may have difficulties accessing their Control Panels.

Yahoo! Small Business customers making changes to existing services may not see the changes reflected on their account.

Our engineers are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Some Merchant Solutions and Store accounts’ statistics and reports for data may not update, or have been delayed since May 18th, 2013.

01:22 PM PST: Database repair issues

We are currently aware that some Yahoo! Small Business customers’ may experience errors when attempting to repair their database from the Web Hosting Control Panel.  We apologize for any inconvenience you may encounter as a result.

While this is under investigation, please utilize phpMyAdmin to perform any database backups or restores.

04:51 PM PST: Store Manager on Merchant Solutions and Yahoo! Store accounts may be inaccessible

Some merchants may encounter the following error while trying to access the Store Manager:

“The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.”

We are aware of this issue and working to resolve it as quickly as possible.

10:33 AM PST: Longer than normal load times for some Yahoo! Small Business Web Hosting sites.

Some customers are reporting slower than normal load times for their web sites. Users are also reporting intermittent time out messages when attempting to view their website content.
