Some business email users may find that the drop-down menu to switch between your Yahoo Mail account and your business email account or accounts is missing when you are using the Internet Explorer browser.
We are no longer supporting the use of Internet Explorer 8 with Yahoo Mail, which also affects the “Compatibility Mode” of any later version of Internet Explorer in Windows 7, Windows Vista, and Windows XP. Learn more about Internet Explorer 8 support.
If you are using Internet Explorer 9 or later, you can switch to your business email by first disabling Compatibility View or Compatibility Mode while using Yahoo Mail.
