04:15 PM PST: Non Yahoo! customers trying to submit bulk sender complaint feedback loop form are unable to do so.

When submitting the bulk sender complaint feedback loop form you are required to sign in to a Yahoo! account.  The engineering team is aware and working to resolve this as soon as possible.

05:58 PM PST

(5/23/2012) The bulk sender complaint feedback form requires a Yahoo ID to complete the submission process. If you don't have a Yahoo ID, please choose a different sub-category (instead of the "bulk sender complaint feedback form") from the drop-down list to complete the submission process.
